If I do not accept your insurance directly, an invoice can be generated each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Do I need pre-approval to begin therapy?

Payment

Cash, check, credit card, or digital bank payment is due at time of service.

Cancellation Policy

A 48 hour cancellation policy will apply.
